Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of Game Scouter and Game Scouter Studio (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Game Scouter.

2. Service description
Game Scouter Studio lets you, among other things:
- Research public information about indie games.
- Analyze trailer or gameplay videos.
- Generate scripts, narration, subtitles, and short vertical videos.
- Connect YouTube, TikTok, and/or Instagram accounts to publish content when you authorize it.
Some features depend on third-party APIs and accounts (Google, YouTube, ElevenLabs, TikTok, Meta/Instagram, Steam, etc.) and on you configuring your own credentials.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
4. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for protecting your API keys, OAuth tokens, and access to the local environment or server where Studio runs.
- When you connect Google/YouTube or other platforms, you authorize us to act on your behalf only for the features you enable (e.g. uploading a video).
- You may revoke access at any time from Studio or from the platform’s security settings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights (including copyright and trademarks).
- Publish illegal, misleading, or abusive content, or content that violates YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other platform policies.
- Abuse third-party APIs, bypass quota limits, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
- Impersonate others or present generated content as someone else’s without the right to do so.
You alone are responsible for the content you generate and publish with the Service.
6. Content and intellectual property
- Your content: you retain rights in scripts, videos, and other materials you create. You grant us a limited license to process them only to operate the Service you request (generate, store locally, and, if you ask, publish).
- Our content: the Game Scouter brand, Studio software, and related materials belong to Game Scouter or its licensors.
- Game materials (trailers, screenshots, trademarks) belong to their respective owners. Use them only in accordance with law and the policies of platforms and rights holders.
7. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with Google, YouTube, ElevenLabs, TikTok, Meta/Instagram, and other APIs. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, changes, or decisions (including account suspensions or content rejections).
8. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use after a material change means you accept the new Terms, unless law requires otherwise.
10. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee specific results (including video performance, analysis accuracy, or acceptance of posts on social platforms), or freedom from errors or interruptions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Game Scouter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability, if any, will be limited to what you paid (if applicable) for the Service in the 3 months before the claim, or zero if the Service is free.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Game Scouter against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or third-party rules.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal compliance. You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect your accounts.
14. Governing law
These Terms will be interpreted under the laws applicable to the Service operator’s jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
